About TICDC
Tulsa Immigrant CDC aims to acquire and manage properties in East Tulsa that supports the area's revitalization. This will help keep rents manageable for small businesses and create an environment that encourages new wealth-building opportunities for local residents.
Our mission is to ensure East Tulsa’s immigrant community can prosper in their neighborhoods by strategically coordinating and convening holistic economic development of the area. We provide resources, tools, and services to build assets, foster entrepreneurship and preserve the authenticity of East Tulsa neighborhoods.
We envision being the heartland’s proof of a strong and sustainable immigrant community, where residents have a sense of belonging, pride in their neighborhood, and pathways for upward mobility.

This program provides immigrants with the resources, support, and guidance needed to navigate the naturalization process, ensuring they can access all necessary legal and educational tools to become U.S. citizens.
Affordable Housing
This program aims to create stable and secure living environments by offering affordable housing solutions, including assistance finding, securing, and maintaining homes for immigrant families.
Community Engagement
This initiative fosters a sense of belonging and active participation within the community by organizing events, workshops, and volunteer opportunities. It empowers immigrants to build strong social networks and contribute to community development.
Small Business Ecosystem (Business Incubator)
This program is about supporting immigrant entrepreneurs and boosting the local economy. By providing access to business resources, mentorship, and training, we help these entrepreneurs establish and grow successful businesses that contribute to the prosperity of our community.
